Which overpowered super sedan would you choose?

1. Charger Hellcat, stock, $65k (if you can find one)

2. New Chevy SS, manual trans, with Lingenfelter 650HP supercharger package. 3/36 warranty included. $65k

3. 2016 CTS-V, 640HP, auto only. Monster full-on luxury sedan. $85k

S63 AMG - biturbo V12 600+ hp

don’t ask about the price... Actually you could buy all 3 of the given options for the cost of this monster (Plus an extra hellcat)

Worth the extra $20k though? Or another way to put it, how about options 1 or 2, AND a new FiST as a winter beater.

Yes, because after 5 minutes of hooning usage, it won’t be.

Even if the CTS-V is quicker, handles better, with better lap times and light-years better amenities? And why no love for a Jalop special manual SS that’s been Lingenfeltered to 650+ HP?

Well that’s the thing. I’m not super into the Hellcat either. Why the Hellcat then?

Now we’re talkin! I think a Lingenfeltered (with warranty) 650+HP, manual transmission, SS, with a nasty cam and exhaust that will bark, whine, and scream louder than a Hellcat is pretty cool. After the Hellcat is not new anymore, the SS will be the interesting car at a car show. And you will never see another one.

-the ss requires the aftermarket (although with a badass warranty in this case) to get close to the power levels of the other two

-Hellcats are consistently putting almost 700 to the wheels, which we all know was the advertised chp, which is just cool

-Wish I had a third point to explain why I'm choosing caddy over hellcat but I don't, because hellcat? Jk

I hate the hellcat plastic interior, and the cts doesn't have enough room that I prefer. And I can only imagine what that SS sounds like.

I’m still waiting on an AWD ATS-V. Figure a tune, bolt-ons, and ethanol would be in the 600 area without even upgrading turbos. Failing that, I’m going RS6 or supercharged RS4 because everything north of about 500 should have all four wheels turning.

Sign me up for the SS please.

Please note this is not WWII Germany so that means the car.

And buy a FiST as a winter car because I’d the CTS-V is an option. I assume we have an extra 20k to throw around

The price difference of the SS is real. And actually, the SS would cost even less. Can buy a manual SS for $45k (maybe less), and the top 650HP Lingenfelter package is $13k. So, $58k buys a whole lot of car.

I think a stock manual SS at $45k is a very compelling deal on it’s own.

XF-RS ($99K) tuned to over 650hp (probably another $20K). Twice as expensive than the others, probably, but a car I could see myself owning for years rather than a few months or weeks.
